All our production operations meet the ISO 9001 product quality standards. We have a professional QC Team that focuses on the control of each production process from the selection, tanning, dyeing, and lining of the original skin to the final inspection of the finished product. Every year, we invite third-party testing organizations to inspect and test our products to ensure that our products meet international standards. Every aspect of the production process is carefully controlled and our constant endeavor is to maintain our market standing as a reliable supplier.
Raw skin sorting
Our quality control process begins with the procurement and sorting of raw skins in order to ensure that the raw materials that will be used as inputs for the final products also meet necessary quality standards. Sorting is performed according to the characteristics of each sheepskin to fulfil quality requirements.
Tanning Test
The tanning of each Tibet sheepskin is tested in a laboratory to ensure that flexibility, abrasion resistance, and the chemical content of the sheepskin are at standard levels.
Color Comparison
Color matching is an important component of product quality control. We compare the color of each order to ensure consistency between the color sample and the goods delivered.
Finished Product Inspection
On completion of the production process, each order is carefully inspected and passed by the finished product QC in order to ensure that the final product is of the quality that was approved by the customer.

We will provide you with a satisfactory solution based on the condition of the goods. We are responsible for all our orders and we understand that it is this kind of responsible attitude that will instil confidence in our customers to do business with us.
For any quality problems regarding the product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods. We will communicate with the QC of the production department on the quality issues with your listed products, improve our production process and provide you with a replacement, which will be to your satisfaction or After-sales service plan.
Matching degrees of dyeing: Subject to fur properties, the dyeing of fur products cannot reach 100% similarity to synthetic fibers. A 95% dye approximation will be within our acceptance range, but we will definitely work hard to bring the dyeing of each order to the levels that you need and ultimately require your commitment as a basis for mass production. We will let you know in advance if there are any technical problems with the dyeing process that prevent us from meeting your requirements. If the dye matching degree exceeds the approved color difference range, please contact us immediately and we will provide you with a satisfactory solution to the problem.
